The figure you submit should be an offer made in pounds sterling for the 6 plots to be purchased as a whole. Additionally, we require confirmation that you are willing to enter a contract to fund and build plot 5 for the present owners and the budget proposed for completing the build. We cannot accept bids calculated via reference to any other bid.
Included in your offer letter should be confirmation of funding for your purchase, and whether this from an existing sale, cash or borrowed funds. If your funds are being sourced from the sale of an existing property please supply a name and contact details for the estate agents dealing with the matter so a chain check can be completed. If your funds are cash or coming from borrowed sources please provide confirmation from a bank or building society that these funds are in place. A copy statement is suitable proof.

The vendors require exchange of contracts within 28 days from receipt of draft contract, please confirm that you are able to meet this time frame.
