The bearer of the voucher is entitled to a 20% discount off the services offered by Shires Estate Agents Limited (Shires Residential), subject to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and conditions:

1. The promotion commences on Monday 7th December 2020 and terminates on 31st March 2021.
2. The discount voucher must be presented to an employee of Shires Estate Agents Limited at the valuation/appraisal appointment for selling your property.
3. The discount voucher cannot be applied retrospectively
4. The discount is applied from our standard fee for our selling service. Our standard selling fee is 1.25%+VAT, which will be discounted by 20% to 1%+VAT on the proviso that the signed Agency contract, which must be fully and accurately completed by the owner(s), along with necessary documentation be returned to the Mildenhall sales hub no later than close of business on 31st March 2021 to allow full marketing to commence.
5. Clients selling their property will be required to provide evidence that they are the legal owner(s).
6. The opening date for eligible new instructions is 7th December 2020.
7. The closing date for eligible new instructions is 31st March 2021.
8. A Sole Agency agreement will be required for a 20-week period.
9. Sales are subject to a minimum fee of £1350+VAT.
10. A promotional for sale board will be erected at the property.
11. This incentive is only available to new clients of Shires Estate Agents Limited.
12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. This promotion is not open to employees of Shires Estate Agents Limited, their families or any other employees of organisations associated with Shires Estate Agents Limited.
14. Management decision on eligibility is final.
