Letting Fees – Application and other Non-Optional Fees

The asking rent quoted does not include letting fees. Depending on your requirements and the property you select there will be fees payable upon application as follows:

• Standard Application Fee (per property): £200
• First Applicant Referencing Fee: £150
• Each Additional Applicant, including Guarantors (over the age of 18): £100

Should the individual Landlord accept Pets, there will be an additional Pet Payment of £250 which will allow for the property to be fumigated at the end of the tenancy or a Pet Deposit which can be between £150 to £400, dependant on the number/type of pet.
(These fees are inclusive of VAT)

All relevant application fees can be paid by BACS/WIRE transfer. Please contact the relevant Shires office if you prefer to transfer the funds via online bank transfer.

To process your application swiftly we will also require two forms of identification. Please refer to Shires office if more information is required before making an application.

Deposits:
Upon signing an Assured Shorthold Tenancy a damage deposit is payable which will be no less than equivalent to one month’s rent and possibly more depending on the Landlords requirements. The deposit will be protected in accordance with Tenancy Deposit Regulations.
